I relate the act of painting with emotions. My work, to a large extent, is a reflection of my life. I have accepted the challenge of keeping alive the spirit of traditional and contemporary miniature painting in post-modern times. I’m inspired by the high renaissance of Mughal miniature painting.
Painting is my passion. I started drawing when I was 7 years old. I am a self-taught artist.I paint watercolor miniature painting, especially realistic Pakistani Culture, Mughal Traditional Miniature and Modern Miniature.
I am also very fond of capturing different moods and sheds of human life like concepts of pretty, not pretty, serious, happy, sad, are relevant to my work.
When I was 18 years old, I participated in several exhibitions of Miniature with other artists. An exhibition marked as “The Revival of Miniature Art in Pakistan. Now I have exhibited in many groups & solo exhibitions in Pakistan, India and Dubai art galleries.
