Born on 1979.Bipin’s canvas speaks his true devotion towards his belief. He’s an extremely talented artist with lot of potential. His works are truly magical. He’s done his Master of Fine Art in 2004 from Utkal University of Culture, Bhubaneswar’ Since 1999 he’s participated in several solo and group shows.His collections can be seen in State Museum, Orissa, College of Art, Khllikote.
