This abstract painting illustrates liberties of color

This painting “Gravity of Color” is an outstanding work by artist S.M. Naqvi. In this artwork the artist takes liberties in altering color and form in ways that are conspicuous and achieve total abstraction that bears no trace of any reference to anything recognizable. Naqvi explores the bold use of paint surface; brush strokes and intense color as he produces emotionally charged paintings that are reactions to and perceptions of contemporary experiences. In this painting, the artist has used more vibrant tone of colors and hues that are not used usually in abstract paintings by the artists. He also used such colors that make other colors spoil when used together in a painting; he used them with such a skill that the outcome is brilliant.
